1 1/4 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 T Sugar
1/3 C butter - Follow box recipe for crust
3 Packages of Cream Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
1/2 Pt Heavy whipping cream
4 eggs (separate)
1 1/2 C sugar
1 t vanilla
Separate eggs, beat egg whites until foamy adding gradually about 1/2 C of sugar, set aside. Cream sugar, cream cheese,
one egg yolk at a time, slowly add heavy cream, alternating with sour cream, beat well add vanilla and continue beating for 1 or 2 minutes med speed.
Fold in egg whites. Place in cold oven and turn on to 350 degrees for one hr. Turn off oven leave in for four hrs. Serve cold for results or
next day.
