1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
1 pound of lean ground beef
1/2 bottle (3/4 cup) Taco Bell Home Originals pour & simmer Taco seasoning
OR 1 pkg (1.25 oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Taco seasoning Mix
1 pkg (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Mix muffin mix as directed on package
Spread batter in greased 12 inch pizza pan
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned
Brown meat, drain and add seasoning (prepare as directed on bottle/pkg)
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over crust
Top with meat and remaining cheese
Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
Serve with toppings such as shredded lettuce, salsa, and sour cream.
